Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care; LTC Long Term Care

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a travel nursing job in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Appleton, Wisconsin. This position involves working primarily in a skilled nursing facility with a focus on long‑term care and rehabilitation services. The role requires flexibility in shift scheduling and the ability to safely care for residents in accordance with established clinical policies and procedures.

• Schedule:
  
  8‑hour shifts during the day and evening hours, primarily in the evening with flexibility required.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Wisconsin RN license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in long‑term care, assisted living, or rehabilitation, completion of at least one prior contract, and an Associate Degree or Certificate.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with Electronic Patient Information Charting (EPIC) system.
• Shift Notes: 8‑hour Day/PM shifts (mostly PM); any missed shift must be made up within two weeks of absence.
• Holidays & Weekend Rotation:
  Every other weekend; holiday work as needed.
• Float Requirements:
  Float within facility as skillset permits, covering all Theda Care facilities within a 60‑mile radius.
