You’ll work two days a week throughout the school year, collaborating closely with other professionals to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality speech-language services to elementary-aged children. Key Qualifications- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC required)
- New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Experience in school settings is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support personnel to foster student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Stay current on best practices and legal requirements for speech-language services in schools
