After completing our paid training program, you’ll guide blood donors through the entire donation process, including screening and drawing their blood while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same. Your work will always directly impact real people’s lives in our community.

Pay:
Competitive.

Hours:

Full‑time, 40 hours/week. Mobile blood drive positions with hours between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., rotating weekends.

Specific job duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
• EMT, Paramedic, LPN, C.N.A., or M.A. experience is a plus
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment
• Teachable, reliable, and precise
• Follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations
• All requirements will be reviewed during the interview process
