Position: Behavior Technician, paid training!

Job Description At Surpass Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to improving the lives of children and teens with autism. We invite passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Behavior Technician.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
  • Assist with challenging behaviors and provide a safe, supportive environment.
  • Team up with the BCBA to keep caregivers updated on the child’s progress.
  • Complete session notes and timesheets.
  • Collect and record data on socially significant behaviors.
  • Use fun and engaging instructional materials to motivate the learner.
Compensation
  • $16.00–$20.00 hourly rate (based on experience).
  • Bi-weekly bonuses upon achieving RBT certification.

Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, early childhood education, or related field is a bonus.
  • Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days; training will be provided.
  • Experience with children who have autism is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, love for working with children, and commitment to integrity.
  • Full‑time commitment of at least 30 hours per week (may vary occasionally).
