Part-Time / Per Diem Occupational Therapist (PT) – In-Home Care
Pay: at least $75 per visit
Bright Star Care of Appleton is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services to patients in the Appleton, WI area and surrounding communities.
This is a part-time / per diem opportunity for a compassionate therapist who enjoys working one-on-one with patients in their homes.
Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services in the home setting.
- Evaluate patient needs and develop a plan of care.
- Help patients improve safety, mobility, and independence in daily activities.
- Communicate with the care team and document visits accurately.
- Follow all applicable state and professional standards.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin.
- at least 2 years Occupational Therapist experience
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
- Home health experience preferred, but not required.
- Flexible per diem schedule.
- Supportive team environment.
- Meaningful one-on-one patient care.
