Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is growing and seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Care Caregivers to join our award-winning team serving Ripon and the surrounding communities. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, we offer flexible day, evening, and overnight schedules designed to fit your lifestyle while providing meaningful work that truly makes a difference. As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide personalized one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love.

As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support that enhances each client's quality of life while promoting safety, independence, and dignity.

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Care for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
