Patient Access Registrar

Theda Care -  - Responsibilities:
Perform pre-registration of patient accounts including inbound and outbound calling to obtain demographic, insurance, and other patient information.;
Operate the telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.;
Conduct audits of accounts to ensure forms are complete, accurate, and timely.;
Explain general consent for treatment forms and obtain necessary signatures; provide patient education documents.;
Assist with patient financial liabilities, point-of-service collections, and payment plan options.
