Winnebago County Crisis Center is seeking a Crisis Center Specialist for the 3rd shift. You will provide direct services, serve as a phone counselor and information/referral resource, and work within the Behavioral Health Services team.
The role requires strong written and verbal communication, trauma-informed care knowledge, and the ability to handle crisis situations with care. On-site, full-time position with 11pm–7am hours and 40-hour workweeks.
