The Patient Service Representative greets patients in a pleasant manner; answers telephone calls in a timely, pleasant, effective manner and schedules appointments. Responsible for reception and registration process and performs additional routine clerical duties as needed.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience: Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred.
Shift: Working Casual Call (meaning you work as needed) hours a week at the Sister Bay Clinic.
QualificationsEducation: High School or better.
Preferred Education: General Education Diploma or better.
Experience: Patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred.
