This includes planning, scheduling, and aligning evaluation tasks with implementation milestones while maintaining comprehensive workplans, timelines, and deliverables. They will serve as a primary liaison between implementation, technical, and administrative teams, translating complex findings into reports for leadership, funders, and regulatory partners.

Additionally, the Research Program Coordinator will support TEAMSPORT

In this role, they will lead team-building interventions, facilitate the standardization of genomic testing protocols, and coach clinician champions to implement reflex testing. The Research Program Coordinator will be responsible for building cross-organizational relationships with clinical specialists and oncology researchers to foster program sustainment. Administrative duties include supervising project staff, managing IRB documentation and regulatory compliance, and interacting with institutional research offices.
