Ascension -  - Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living and mobility to ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety.;
Observe and report changes in patients’ physical, mental, and emotional status to the nursing team for rapid, proactive care.;
Document patient care journeys accurately and efficiently to maintain seamless communication across the healthcare team and ensure high-quality records.;
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and sterile environment by managing room cleanliness and equipment readiness, directly contributing to infection control and patient satisfaction.
