Health Partners is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to provide established pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy at Amery Hospital & Clinic in Wisconsin. The role is 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) with potential for 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week) for the right candidate, and includes Monday–Friday daytime hours with weekend/holiday rotation.
Qualifications include a BS Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school and Wisconsin licensure;
Doctor of Pharmacy and hospital pharmacy experience are preferred.
