Position: Inpatient Pharmacist (0.4-0.8 FTE)

*** Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus dependent on hired FTE - paid in 2 installments***

The Inpatient Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy.

Work Schedule
  • 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/week. May have the ability to accommodate a lesser FTE (down to a 0.5 FTE - 20 hours/week) for the right candidate.
  • Monday through Friday daytime hours with weekend and holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree
  • Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree
  • Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience
