**** Responsibilities
* ** Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
* Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and exercises
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
** Requirements
* ** Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy
* Experience with pediatrics and early intervention preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
