About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional care.
As the Administrator, you will be accountable for all facility operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Culture: Direct day-to-day operations across all departments, promoting a culture of quality care, positive staff morale, and strong resident relationships.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, representing the facility during surveys and inspections.
Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, review financial statements, and ensure overall financial efficiency.
Quality & Safety: Drive continuous improvement, oversee safety and disaster protocols, and ensure a clean, secure physical environment for residents and team members.
Community Engagement: Serve as the primary representative for the facility, building positive relationships with residents, families, and local community partners.
Licensure: Active Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing
Experience: Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Skills: Strong communication, financial management, regulatory knowledge, and conflict-resolution abilities.
