FTE) Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP) for an outpatient CHF clinic at the SSM Health Outpatient Center in Madison. The team comprises 16 physicians and 14 advanced practitioners, offering interventional, non-interventional, and electrophysiology services.
The clinic operates Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with no on-call or weekend duties, and offers an experience-based salary with eligibility for a hiring bonus.
