Role Overview & Responsibilities
Seeking full-time Physical Therapists passionate about expanding access to innovative care and supporting professional growth. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, and managing patient documentation within the EMR system.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload (10-12 patients/day)
- Onboarding, mentorship, and specialty development programs
- Access to continuing education, research resources, and digital health tools
