Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (LTC, Float)
Theda Care -  - Responsibilities:
Perform delegated nursing care activities for residents.;
Assist in meeting care needs in collaboration with the care team to ensure quality, cost-effective, safe resident care.;
Demonstrate clinical expertise in the provision of care in the long term and rehabilitative care setting of the skilled nursing facility.;
Performs and documents resident cares including personal hygiene, mobility, activities of daily living, and ensures the care environment promotes resident safety.;
Identifies ways to improve the residents experience of care, streamline care processes, and lower costs to improve resident, family, and team member satisfaction.
