** What You'll Do:
*** Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
* Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
* Accurately document services per regulatory and company standards###
** What You Need:
*** Current
** Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license
** and
** ASHA CCCs
*** Excellent communication and documentation skills
* A passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing settings
* Flexibility, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude###

* Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
