Occupational Therapy Assistant - Skilled Nursing Facility

Theda Care -  - Responsibilities:
Collaborates with supervising occupational therapists regarding patient status, treatment response, goal status, and plan of care to provide best practice and continuity of care;
Provides patient-centered care and education by working with caregivers, patients, and interdisciplinary team members;
Administers functional instruments, tests, and measures within scope and assesses response to interventions;
Completes accurate and timely documentation of services to ensure accurate billing and compliance;
Mentors students, interns, residents, observers, volunteers, and/or new team members to support their development
