Medical Support Specialist Paramedic

Bio Life Plasma Services seeks a Medical Support Specialist Paramedic to provide high-quality clinical care and donor support in our plasma collection center. In this role, you will perform health screenings, conduct venipuncture, monitor donors throughout the collection process, and respond to medical incidents using paramedic-level skills. You will ensure strict adherence to FDA, cGMP, and company standards, maintain accurate documentation, and support a culture of safety, ethics, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor health screenings, including medical history review and vital signs assessment
• Conduct safe and efficient venipuncture for plasma collection
• Monitor donors during and after procedures, responding to adverse reactions as needed
• Provide paramedic-level emergency response and stabilization within the center
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and EMR entries
• Ensure compliance with FDA, c
