As a caregiver at Alpha Homes of Wi., you will build relationships, improve quality of life and serve people with disabilities. Your goal will be helping individuals enjoy life, helping perform daily functions, meal prep, transportation, medical appointments, social interactions and housekeeping.

We hate gas prices too! We serve Racine and Kenosha and will do our best to place you as close as possible.

• Flexibility:
• 1st shift 7am to 3pm – 2nd shift 3pm to 11pm – 3rd shift 11pm to 7am.
• We have part-time from every other weekend hours to full-time hours.
• Overtime available.
• Shift differential of $2.00 for 2nd shift.
• Education:
• Paid training to grow in your position and gain experience for future opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Encouraging: individuals to reach their goals in life, socially integrate into community, learning new skills, and participating in daily living skills.
• Tidying: light house keeping assigned to each shift to maintain cleanliness.
• Transporting: to recreational events and medical appointments.
• Participating
  : in recreational events examples: bowling, swimming, county fairs, local zoo and seasonal events.
• Assisting: in daily living skills, personal cares, medication administration, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.

• We are looking for compassionate, social, trustworthy and energetic individuals.

Bonuses:

• $300 sign-on bonus after completion of 90 days of employment.
• Weekend bonuses – Any shift picked up on the weekends outside of your regular scheduled weekend shift.
