What will you be doing? Well, you'll help with…

• Assisting with personal cares (bathing, toileting, eating)
• Sharing meaningful moments—baking, crafting, exercising, or just enjoying conversation
• Administering medications (we'll train you!)
• Documenting daily activities and progress
• Creating a safe, welcoming environment—whether that be inside of our homes or out in the community
• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Sharing joy through conversation, creativity, and connection
• Being the reason someone smiles, laughs or learns something new
• In other words…making someone's day…each and every day

What you bring:

• No experience needed—we have no doubt that we can train you how to do this job; however, we can't train you how to care…
• You care and you have a heart for service and a desire to help others live full, joy-filled lives
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality
• Willingness to complete CBRF certification and training within 90 days (don't worry, we'll pay!)
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• A valid driver's license and a clear driving record check (required for some 1st shift roles)
