2nd shift Part Time Caregiver

Overview

Sunrise Meadows Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.

The Caregiver supports residents, encourages independence, maintains dignity, and follows professional conduct.

• Exhibit a positive customer service attitude: approachable, friendly, willing to assist others.
• Display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Maintain consistent work attendance and address issues with proper individuals.
• Employ effective communication: listening, sensitivity to others’ thoughts and feelings, thoughtful responses, timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Present with a neat, clean appearance.
• Participate in designated facility in‑services.
• Assist new staff in learning job tasks and responsibilities.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred direct care experience.
• Preferred CPR certification.
• Must meet age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
