Part time Caregiver 3rd shift NOC

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
• Encourage resident independence and preserve dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
• Participate in designated facility in‑services and help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.
• Present with a neat, clean appearance and maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Provide life‑changing services with a positive customer service attitude, being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
• Demonstrate personal initiative and complete work without constant supervision.
• Maintain consistent work attendance as scheduled and address work‑related problems with the proper individuals.
• Communicate effectively, including listening carefully, being sensitive to others’ thoughts and feelings, giving thoughtful responses, and reporting timely and accurately to appropriate people.

• Exhibits a positive customer service attitude.
• Displays personal initiative and completes work independently.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Participates in in‑services and trains new staff.

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
• CBRF Class

  Standard Precautions, First Aid and Choking, Fire Safety.
