We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to oversee the operations of a licensed nursing home facility in Wisconsin. The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive-level leadership across all departments
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and census management
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff; foster a culture of teamwork and accountability
- Coordinate care services with medical professionals and families
- Manage facility maintenance and safety standards
- Represent the facility during inspections, audits, and community outreach
- Address resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in long-term care
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, reimbursement systems, and compliance standards
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets and drive census growth
