• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC required)
• School-based SLP experience highly preferred
• Previous experience managing varied student caseloads across K-12
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide targeted speech and language services
• Manage a caseload of approximately 38-40 students in a mix of elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Document progress and maintain records according to school requirements
• Work onsite and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
