Job Description

This full-time position supports elementary, middle, and high school students with speech and language needs in an onsite educational setting. You'll manage a manageable caseload, working collaboratively with school teams to ensure each student receives tailored support and intervention.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• Current Wisconsin licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Ability to work comfortably with students aged K-12
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

What You'll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a caseload typically between 38-40 students
• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services onsite
• Maintain accurate records, progress monitoring, and timely reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, working closely with families and educational staff
• Supply expert guidance and recommendations for enhancing academic success through improved communication skills
• Adapt methods and materials to each student's unique needs and educational goals
