Operating Room Technician - Luxemburg, WI

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent ORT credentials
• Previous experience in an operating room setting, supporting a variety of surgical cases
• Proficient understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
• Up-to-date Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams
• Commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care and safety

• Flexible coverage required, with shifts scheduled according to surgical case load

• Prepare operating rooms by arranging instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain sterile fields and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures
• Pass instruments and assist surgeons efficiently throughout operations
• Ensure all surgical instruments and tools are accounted for and properly sterilized post-procedures
• Collaborate with nursing staff to prep patients and transport them as needed
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control policies
• Maintain clear and accurate surgical documentation

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
