Schedule: Part Time, initially approximately 8-16 hours per week with opportunity for growth
Pay: $17.50 to $20.69 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Lifestyle Concierge - Home Care Emphasis to provide personalized, one on one support that helps residents remain independent, comfortable, and engaged.

This position will initially average approximately 8-16 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow as resident demand increases. The successful candidate will play an important role in that growth by building relationships with residents, promoting available services, identifying new opportunities to meet resident needs, and helping develop a thriving personalized home care and concierge program.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents
• Help older adults maintain independence and quality of life
• Combine hands on caregiving with personalized lifestyle services
• Help shape and develop the service within our community
• Opportunity to increase hours as the program grows

• Provide one on one assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and individualized support based on resident needs
• Assist with meal preparation, laundry, light household tasks, shopping, errands, and organizing
• Assist with walking, exercise, and other activities that promote independence
• Observe and report changes in a resident’s condition or needs
• Provide personalized services such as technology assistance, dog walking, gift wrapping, and other resident requests
• Build relationships with residents and actively promote available services to help grow participation and billable hours
• Identify additional services that could enhance residents’ independence and quality of life
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and billable hours
• Coordinate with Health Services and other Touchmark departments as needed

The home care components are consistent with Touchmark’s Home Health Aide role, which includes personal care, mobility assistance, household services, observation, and documentation.

• One to two years of caregiving experience in senior living, home care, assisted living, memory care, or a similar environment required
• Current CNA certification preferred
• Genuine compassion for older adults and comfort providing hands on personal care
• Outgoing, relationship focused personality with the ability to promote and grow services
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional caregiving position. You’ll provide meaningful one on one support while helping us build and grow a service designed around what our residents need and value.
