Job Description
- Assist with personal care needs such as painting, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Administer medications and document accurately in the medication administration record
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Provide companion ship comic emotional support, and engage residents in daily activities
- Maintain cleanliness of the home, including residents' room, bathroom and shared spaces
- Comply with care plans, dietary needs, and individual service plans
- Uphold resident rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
- Bilingual (spanish)
