Advocate Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Care in Wisconsin. The role is 0.8 FTE (4 days, 8 hours) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., totaling 32 hours per week.
You will provide and progress patient treatments, educate patients, and manage your own caseload under supervision. Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy, Wisconsin PTA license, and BLS. Minimum two years' experience in PT assisting in home health or hospital settings is preferred.
The following position is for a Home Health PT Assistant — Independent Caseload, 32 hrs/wk with Hugh Chatham Health.
