Job Description Froedtert Theda Care is seeking an
** experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
** to join our
** Theda Care at Work Onsite clinic
** in Appleton.
** Opportunity Details:
*** Part-time: 0.5 FTE
* Clinic hours:
Monday & Wednesday 7a-5:30p

* Location:

TCAW Onsite- 3925 N. Gateway Dr, Appleton
* Provider would support the City of Appleton and Appleton Area School District as a primary care provider
* Clinic supports the employees and their families ages 12 months and older
* No weekends or holidays
* Patient Census: 5-12 patients a day

** We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with:
*** 3-5 years of APC experience
* Previous primary care experience
* Comfort caring for the pediatric population
