Medical Science Liaison for Johnson & Johnson's Neuroscience portfolio, focusing on CAPLYTA in the Great Lakes region (Illinois and Wisconsin).
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a scientific engagement plan
- Build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Facilitate scientific exchange
- Support investigator-initiated studies
- Provide clinical and scientific insights to internal teams
- Maintain current knowledge of the therapeutic landscape and competitor activity
- Leverage AI tools for decision-making
- Ensure compliant interactions
- Contribute to medical strategy
- Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent)
- Minimum of postgraduate experience, preferably in neuroscience or related fields
- Strong scientific acumen
- Experience in clinical or research settings
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Valid US driver's license
- ≥2 years in an MSL role
- Residency or fellowship in neuroscience
- Board certification is advantageous
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies
- Neuroscience
- CNS disorders (major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s)
- Field-based medical role
- Focus on scientific exchange and investigator support
- Regional travel
- Field-based with significant travel
- Primarily in the Great Lakes region
