Join the team at Dellshire Resort – a world‑class medieval‑inspired destination where technology meets timeless adventure. This role supports cleanliness, sanitation, and overall safety of all culinary operations during overnight hours.

• Perform overnight deep cleaning of all kitchen and culinary areas.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep stations, floors, walls, drains, coolers, and storage areas.
• Properly clean grills, fryers, ovens, hoods, filters, and additional culinary equipment as assigned.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize all back‑of‑house culinary spaces.
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.
• Ensure cleaning logs and sanitation checklists are completed accurately.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards immediately.
• Assist culinary leadership with maintaining organization throughout kitchen operations.
• Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed.
• Support setup for the following day’s operations when assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of employee areas and shared back‑of‑house spaces.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working independently or with team members.
• Follow Dellshire Resort appearance standards and workplace expectations.
• Communicate effectively with culinary leadership and overnight teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

• Previous janitorial, stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning procedures preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
