About Our Property

The Dellshire is a distinctive pre‑build property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, slated to open in Spring 2026. This themed resort will feature a design unlike any other, offering a unique setting for future hospitality professionals. Nested in the scenic beauty of Wisconsin Dells, Dellshire Resort is an independent four‑star destination nestled in Midwestern hospitality, promising immersive guest experiences and natural surroundings.

Supervisor – Dellshire Resort (Opening Spring 2026)

As the Market/Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of Dellshire Resort’s grab‑and‑go marketplace and coffee bar, ensuring exceptional guest service, product presentation, and operational efficiency. You will support the leadership team by supervising staff, maintaining product quality, and upholding brand standards that reflect the luxury, innovation, and family‑adventure essence of Dellshire Resort.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise daily operations of the market/coffee shop, including opening and closing procedures, inventory, cash handling, and guest service standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure consistent delivery of friendly, efficient, and professional service.
  • Ensure food and beverage products are prepared, stocked, and displayed according to brand and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.
  • Oversee POS transactions, manage daily sales reports, and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels; support ordering, receiving, and proper storage of products.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with barista and cashier duties as needed during peak times.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll verification, and labor control in alignment with business demands.

What Are We Looking For? Who You Are
  • Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in a coffee shop, café, or grab‑and‑go environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on management style.
  • Proven ability to motivate, train, and coach a team.
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee preparation, POS systems, and inventory control.
  • Serv Safe, Food Handler, and Alcohol Service Certifications required (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation

$18.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years of experience, certifications, and location.
