Join Dellshire Resort, a world‑class castle‑inspired destination in Wisconsin Dells. As a Recreation Attendant you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through engaging recreational activities and exceptional service.

• Greet and engage with guests, provide information on recreation programs, activities, and amenities.
• Assist guests with equipment, towels, and recreational supplies.
• Monitor pool and recreation areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Set up and tear down activity areas, games, and events.
• Oversee use of recreation equipment; ensure cleanliness, functionality, and proper storage after use.
• Maintain inventory of recreation supplies and replenish as needed.
• Clean recreation facilities, remove trash and soiled linens, and follow safety protocols.
• Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation.
• Communicate guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with concessions as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred but not required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a guest‑facing environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a guest‑focused environment.
• Must be dependable, energetic, and comfortable working indoors, outdoors or around water.
