Dellshire Resort is seeking energetic, guest-focused, and outgoing individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Swim Up Bar Server. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service within the resort’s pool and swim-up bar environment while creating fun, memorable, and elevated guest experiences. The Swim Up Bar Server plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere by providing prompt, professional, and engaging service to guests enjoying the resort’s aquatic amenities.

Guest Service

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional food and beverage service to all guests.
• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and professionally.

Food & Beverage Operations

• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings, promotions, and resort amenities.
• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest checks according to company procedures.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the swim-up bar, pool deck, and service areas.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and resort policies.
• Maintain awareness of pool safety and guest surroundings while working in aquatic areas.
• Report guest concerns, incidents, or safety hazards immediately to leadership.

Teamwork & Professionalism

• Work collaboratively with bartenders, culinary teams, lifeguards, and fellow staff.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions.
• Follow appearance standards and uniform guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, side work, and additional duties as assigned.

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• High-energy personality with strong guest service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math and cash handling skills required.
• Ability to obtain or maintain applicable alcohol service certification as required by Wisconsin law within 30 days of employment.
• Previous resort, poolside, or bar experience preferred but not required.
