Direct and supervise the efficient operation of food production areas.;
Assist in the menu creation and ensure high quality for internal guests.;
Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety across kitchen and service areas.;
Assist Outlet-Restaurant Manager and Banquet Manager with daily/weekly duties and cross-department coordination.;
Maintain cost controls and adherence to food cost budgets; promote teamwork in Kitchen and with supporting departments.
