• Support cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
• Attend the Reception Desk on the lower level to assist client check‑in for sandals, robes and lockers.
• Gather used linens from treatment rooms and deliver them for pickup by The American.
• Coordinate with the Club laundry staff to distribute clean linens to storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
• Maintain neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
• Assist the Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements.
• Consistently maintain cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring.
• Acknowledge and perform proper opening and closing procedures.
• Assist spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages, or communicating guests’ needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for all spa guests.

This is a part‑time position, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 6:15 am and 9:30 pm.

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Must be able to obtain a Bartending License upon hire.
• Prior computer experience is helpful.
• Customer service related experience is required.

The hourly range for this position is $10.70 – $16.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
