Hourly Range: $24-$26/managing and $8/bartending

We are looking for a dedicated Bar Manager to oversee the operations of the bar at Milwaukee Burger Company in Appleton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a bar or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of beverage management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local alcohol regulations and compliance

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
• Train and supervise bar staff, including bartenders and barbacks
• Develop and maintain drink menus and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
• Work with the management team to achieve financial targets
