Recruiter, Talent Manager

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients find top-quality employees who best fit their job openings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (job boards, career pages, social media, etc.).
• Collaborating with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Managing candidate information (resumes, contact details, etc.) within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conducting pre-employment screening, including reference checks and background verification.
• Working closely with assigned clients to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
• Meeting weekly recruitment goals and performance metrics.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Staffing Specialist, or Staffing Coordinator.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases.
• Strong experience conducting interviews and candidate evaluations (phone/virtual screenings, structured interviews, assessments).
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
• Ability to work independently while staying focused and results driven.
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
