LHH is sourcing for a HR Manager on behalf of a local client to support leaders and employees across multiple departments. This role provides hands‑on HR support with a focus on employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic partner to department leaders.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Lead employee relations efforts including coaching and investigations.
- Guide performance management processes and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Assist with training, engagement initiatives, and HR process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
