Trillium Staffing is now seeking a bilingual Recruiter / Human Resources Assistant for direct-hire in the local area!

Schedule is 1st shift (Monday – Friday). Annual salary is $45,000 – $65,000 (Based on experience).

· Active Recruiting:
Manage the full hiring cycle, focusing on finding hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and fit our tight-knit culture.

· Creative Sourcing:
Think outside the box to find talent. You will go beyond traditional job boards to build relationships within the local community workforce.

· Onboarding:
You will lead the onboarding process, ensuring every new hire feels prepared, welcomed, and supported from day one.

Promote our commitment to professional advancement, helping candidates understand the training and long-term career paths we offer.

· Team Support:
Work closely with leadership to ensure staffing needs are met, maintaining a positive and collaborative environment.
