Regulatory Compliance Specialist
HR Business Partner – Ledcor Technical Services (LTS)
We are looking for a strategic Human Resources professional with a passion for partnering with business leaders to drive people‑focused solutions. As an HR Business Partner, you will support a portfolio of divisional business units within our LTS group, providing expert guidance on performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. You will collaborate closely with leaders and HR colleagues to implement enterprise‑wide initiatives, resolve employee relations issues, and support talent strategies that align with business goals.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR topics such as performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with business units to identify and address people‑related challenges that impact operational success.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Service Center teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Work with all areas and levels of the business to resolve issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, make recommendations, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application and compliance with HR and company policies, processes, and systems.
- Build strong working relationships within HR to share knowledge of changes, new programs, and policies with employees and managers.
- 5–8years of progressive HR experience, ideally as a Business Partner.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment and human rights legislation.
- Proven skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and relationship management.
- Strong business acumen and experience partnering in a large, dynamic organization.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems;
Workday preferred. - Ability to balance multiple priorities, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a customer‑service approach.
- Strong problem‑resolution skills and ability to respond effectively to questions from employees and managers.
- Effective communication with line‑level employees through senior leaders.
- Sound judgment, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
This is a hybrid work position that requires you to be in the office multiple times a week.
