Human Resources Business Partner - CONTRACT opportunity through end of the year
Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
* MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL 30-40%*
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support both existing and new locations. This role partners with leadership to develop workforce strategies, implement HR initiatives, and drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with strong communication, employee relations, and change management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner in developing and implementing workforce plans to support current and future locations
- Design and execute communication strategies to enhance information sharing across the organization (business goals, initiatives, benefits, etc.)
- Monitor workforce analytics to identify trends and provide insights to Leadership Teams
- Develop and deliver HR training and educational programs for managers
- Manage employee relations, offering consultation, facilitation, and resolution strategies for workplace issues
- Collaborate with management and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, boost morale, and drive retention
- Contribute to organizational design initiatives to support future-state strategies
- Identify, design, and implement HR services with a focus on transformation, change management, and HR strategy excellence
- Support performance management and compensation review processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Participate in the development and support of talent management programs
- Recommend and implement employee engagement best practices
- Understand manager needs and align HR processes and resources with organizational priorities
- Attain proficiency in PEO analytics to leverage data for organizational improvement
- Oversee the Internship Program, ensuring effective recruitment, development, and retention of interns
- Contribute to other enterprise-wide programs and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (generalist or business partner capacity)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development principles
- Proven experience in employee relations, workforce planning, and change management
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and leverage HR metrics to support business decisions
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
