Human Resources Business Partner

A growth-oriented manufacturing company is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its leadership team at a facility in NE Wisconsin.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to be a true strategic partner to site leadership — not just an administrator. The organization is in an exciting period of growth and transformation, and this role will play a key part in shaping the people, and culture strategy for the site's next chapter.

• Serve as the primary HR business partner to site leadership, providing guidance on workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
• Coach and develop frontline managers and supervisors on performance management, accountability, and communication
• Maintain a strong, visible floor presence to build trust with frontline employees and identify opportunities for improvement
• Own core HR processes including onboarding, compensation administration, talent development, and HRIS management
• Support organizational design and change management as the site evolves
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or other operational workforce
• Demonstrated experience as a primary HR partner to a site or operational leadership team
• Comfort and credibility on the production floor across multiple shifts
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — someone who can operate independently and doesn't need heavy direction
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
