Role Overview

You will play a key role in coordinating and executing HR operations processes across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, compliance with local legislation, and consistency with our HR Operating Model while supporting the objectives of the business.

Execute time-sensitive HR transactions in Workday and UKG, serve as a subject matter expert for HR teams, employees, and managers on Workday business processes, identify process gaps and recommend improvements, and maintain updated process documentation.

You will need strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills, and the ability to build relationships, solve problems, and drive process improvements. Knowledge or certification in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and/or Design Thinking is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in HR Operations or a similar HR or service delivery role
• Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships, solve problems, and drive process improvements
• Knowledge or certification in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and/or Design Thinking
