Are you a self-driven HR professional who thrives on juggling priorities, solving people-problems, and keeping an organization running smoothly? We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy – from recruitment to retention and everything in between.
Bilingual English-Spanish preferred!

This position reports to the Sr. Director of HR and offers the chance to make a real impact across a growing, forward-thinking organization.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and manage human resources initiatives including recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals, and compliant with professional standards, state and federal regulations, and laws
  • Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs, including retention and employee relations issues; help solve complex personnel matters
  • Assess and develop HR strategies and processes
  • Coordinate new hire orientation, benefits open enrollment, and company-wide meetings
  • Process, verify, and maintain documentation related to HR activities such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations
  • Conduct training sessions on OSHA and other HR topics
  • Maintain employee files, including physical and electronic records
  • Take on other duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of HR best practices
  • A positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism
  • Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently

  • This position is mostly sedentary; some tasks may require lifting, bending, or standing
