Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

• Source and recruit engineering and scientific talent through cold calling, job boards, Linked In, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.
• Partner with account managers to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems and track recruiting activity.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $48.08/hr.
